Aston Villa are said to be getting ready to offer Jack Grealish a £200,000-a-week, an all-time club record, though Manchester City are prepared to make Grealish their first £100 million signing, according to The Sun.
Jack Grealish still has four years left on his current deal which was only just signed last year and could very well sign a contract extension. The Villa man is said to have agreed personal terms with Manchester City, according to Sam Lee.

Grealish is said to be 'edging closer' to a move to Man City. City are understood to have been working on the transfer for months. The Grealish camp says he is keen to move. Man City are rumoured to have offered a “huge” contract and reached an agreement with Jack, says Football Insider.
There is a 'significant hurdle' to be cleared before a full and total agreement is reached but Grealish will not force the topic of a move on Aston Villa (it's his boyhood club). Right now it is viewed as though a move to the Etihad is 'more likely than not to be agreed', Football Insider has reported.
