In arguably the biggest development of the transfer market for Manchester City, it has been reported by Sam Lee that Man City have agreed personal terms with Jack Grealish.
Grealish has been heavily linked to a Man City move and seems close to deal to the Etihad. The Villa man is said to have a buyout clause in his contract with City 'fully prepared' to trigger it. This would help make sense as to why Aston Villa are keen to extend a five year extension signed last season. The buyout clause has been kept secret.

Man City believe they can sign both Jack Grealish and Harry Kane this summer. The total cost would be between between £175M and £215M.
It is well known that City admire both Jack Grealish and Harry Kane and if both clubs get a price that looks easy on the eye it isn't a bad guess that they could snap up the offer.
Latest reports from Nico Schira suggest that City are 'almost done' with a Grealish deal.
Next week could be a very exiting week for transfers...
