A couple days ago Harry Kane was said to be 'poised' for a move to the Etihad. It was revealed by The Sun that Kane would be sold to Manchester City for £160 million, which would see the Englishman earning £400k-per-week, with Daniel Levy said to have caved in. These rumours were quickly dismissed by City via reporters. City will not pay £160 million for Harry Kane.
The dismissal was with City spending £160 million for the player, there was no dismissal about Daniel Levy supposedly caving as per Stuart Brennan. Harry Kane is though said to have a 'gentleman's agreement' with Daniel Levy to allow him to leave if the right offer comes in.

Nuno Espírito Santo took to the press in his first public outing as Tottenham Hotspur manager to try quell any claims of a Harry Kane move.
"Harry is our player, period. There is no need to talk about anything else. Now is the time for him to rest. When he returns we can have a good conversation. I am looking forward to him joining the group." - Nuno Espírito Santo.
Though, Harry Kane is set to miss the start of the Premier League season and step out of the spotlight over his attempt to leave Tottenham.
