Grealish move dependent on Kane meeting
Manchester City consider Jack Grealish a top target just as much as Harry Kane (Fabrizio Romano). Manchester City want to make at least 1 big name signing this summer and according to various reports It will either be Spurs striker Harry Kane or Aston Villa playmaker Jack Grealish (perhaps both). City will make a defined decision within the coming days on Jack Grealish after Harry Kane and his representatives have met with the Tottenham board. This is to allow Man City to make a verdict on whether City would be able to complete both transfers or decide whether they’d have to go for just one.

News started heating up around 2 days ago when it was seen that Jack Grealish was removed from the kit photos on Aston Villa’s club shop, City fans all over the world were getting excited and believed it was part of something far bigger however I can confirm this morning he is on the club shop website.
About a week ago now caughtoffside and Manchester Evening News were reporting that Jack Grealish was having second thoughts about joining Manchester City. Villa have reportedly offered the England International an enormous 200k per week which would make him Villa’s highest ever paid player (Martin Blackburn – The Sun) . It is thought this is to be more than the original amount offered by Manchester City. For City to get this deal over the line the Villa captains £90m release clause will have to be met and Jack must have his heart set on the move. There are some reports stating Chelsea want to hijack the deal however their main target is Haaland/ a striker and Jack Grealish is thought to favour Manchester City.
Many sources close to City have been reporting that a deal for Grealish could be completed within the next week, this comes for MCFC King on Twitter who seems to be close with the city board, however more well known reliable sources such as Fabrizio Romano have spoken and said that Grealish is not at that stage yet, City are waiting until after Harry Kane’s meeting. Expect big news after the 7th August. (Manchester Evening News).
Breaking : Sam Lee has reported just this minute that the Grealish deal may be at an advanced stage. Which could mean either the Harry Kane meeting has went well and City will now pursue both Grealish and Kane or Kane has accepted the fact his move may not happen and City have turned to another target.
