The England and West Ham player has been linked to a move to Manchester City since 2020 and Man City Boss, Pep Guardiola, is said to be a big fan of the Londoner.
In a recent report by Roshane Thomas of The Athletic, it's expected that West Ham will find it incredibly hard to keep a hold of Rice. Man City according to the report have made Declan Rice their top priority to replace Fernandinho who recently made his 250th Premier League appearance.
Earlier last month Jacob Steinberg of the Guardian said that Man City were 'monitoring' regarding Declan Rice's future. Declan Rice's deal runs out in 2024 and has the option for an extra year in the contract.
Clubs such as Man United and Chelsea continue to watch the player which the Sun have stated West Ham value at £100 million.
Manchester United are expected to be the club to make a move to fill their dodgy defence in midfield but Rice is up for grabs and the top English clubs have eyes on him.
